Terms and Conditions
Offer: Get a FREE HAIRCUT with any highlight services with selected stylists. This offer is available for new an existing clients.
Deposit: A $100 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total.
Cancellations & Changes:
Appointment Policy To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations and appointment modifications. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Expiry: Offer valid until July 31, 2026.
Availability: Limited availability. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Exclusions: Not valid for corrective color services.
Minimum Purchase: A $300 minimum in services is required. Retail product purchases do not count toward this minimum.
Consultation: A phone or in‑salon consultation may be required prior to booking.
Martino Studio: Booking & Service Policies
To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for all our clients, please review our studio policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
Deposits: To confirm your appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service upon completion.
Deposits Payment Methods: You may send an e-transfer to claudio@martino.ca at the time of booking, or visit us in person at the studio to pay your deposit.
Timeline: Please ensure your deposit is received within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Changes/Cancellations within 48 hours: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.
No-Show Appointments: Should you fail to show up for your appointment, a fee equal to 100% of the service cost will be required before you are eligible to book future appointments.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. This policy applies to all retail products as well as all hair services and deposits. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
